Jo did a very thorough and detailed inspection of our home in La Jolla. Luckily he found a leak that could have been easily overlooked and would have cost us 30k to repair. I was extremely skeptical picking a home inspection company to inspect my home I had recently purchased. With that said, I chose this company. Joe sent out Brian, who was VERY knowledgeable and found many details from easily noticeable to very minor (I never would've seen these!). All in all, as a first time home buyer, I can't say how happy I am that I had Brian come out and inspect the house. I just felt comfortable and was able to trust him quickly.
Joe came out and inspected the property. He was attentive and thoughtful as we discussed the house. He then proceeded to exceed our expectations on everything he did as he went through the process. Other inspections we had done didn't check slab level, nor provide as much detail on the roof as Joe did. Fair price, great service, and a timely return of the report. Very happy with San Diego Home Inspection and we'll use their services again!
