Our fees (posted below) are for tract homes and are subject to change without notice. We reserve the right to charge reasonably higher fees for high-end, complex, and/ or custom homes. This includes any property listed with an asking price exceeding $1000 per square foot. We also have slightly higher fees for all raised foundation properties, whether the crawlspace is fully accessible or not.
