Home Maintenance tip of the day: The bottom of your stucco wall should not be in contact with concrete walkways or soil.  If it is in contact there is an increased likelyhood of moisture intrusion.  Grading should be improved to have at least 4 inches of space between the bottom of the stucco wall and any soil below.  Hardscaping such as concrete walkways should be two inches below the bottom of the stucco wall.  Any questions?  Contact us!

Tip of the day: Test all GFCI receptacles and circuit breakers monthly by simply pressing the test button.  The plug receptacle should now be powered off.  If power is still present or the GFCI needs replacement.
